What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in GBP. we only deliver to the UK mainland.

I just placed an order, when will it be delivered.
We try our best to despatch items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-4 days processing time for your order to delivered. We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging please inform us within 48 hours by email. 


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Our aim is always to exceed your expectations and ensure that you are fully satisfied with the quality of our products and the standard of our customer service. Please contact our customer service team by email within 7 days if you are dissatisfied with your order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.Delivery charges, return postage and gift /wrapping/gift message charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

PERSONALISED ITEM RETURNS

We regret that we cannot offer returns or exchanges for personalised items. This is in line with Long Distance Selling Regulations governing the sale of personalised products. Please ensure you double check the wording and  spelling when you place an order.

Do you deliver to other countries.

We only deliver to UK customers although orders can be placed outside of the UK for delivery to a UK address.
